Saturday Evening and it's the Classic 100 Outdoor Hockey Game, part of the Celebration of 150 Years of Canada since our Confederation.  Met up with a Farmer and we discussed Selling his 2,000 Acre Crop Farm here in the Pontiac, $8,000,000. million Dollars is the selling price and it is fully operational, please stay tuned while we negociate the details and don't be shy to give me a call, mostly tile drained land and sufficient heat units to be profitable, what a great investement, talk soon. Our Prime Minister Justin Trudeau & his son were  on site helping out with the Selfie Crowd, oh my god it must be Canada... Gary Bettman the President of the NHL, and a host of players and fans  turned out to watch this year's Classic Outdoor Game,  a repeat of the first game ever played in the NHL between the Ottawa Senators and the Montreal Canadians in December 1917 on a outdoor hockey rink. Canada's RCAF C-18 have done their fly by and this game is on.  There is a Frost Warning on the public radio... Well Ottawa wins 3 to 0 , sorry to all the Habs Fans who packed the Barn , thanks for coming out but it is Ottawa's Night. Live where you play,with the National Capital Commission opening up tomorrow, Saturday , 52.5 of it's 200 Kilometers of trails winding up and down along frozen lakes and rivers in the Gatineau Park there is lots to be thankful for. For the Downhill skiers Mont St Marie , Camp Fortune, Vorlage, Edelweiss and Mont Cascades as well as Calabogie Peaks and Mount Pakenham are all open as of December 15, these sub freezing temperatures are great for the outdoor activities, it won't be long untill the Longest Skating Rink in the World, The Rideau Canal opens... The Classic NHL 100 is on Saturday at 7:00  and the parliament hill skating rink is open to the public untill the end of Febuary, jump off the couch and dress warm and come out and play, it's the Season.

Daniel Alfredson, Neil, Phillips, Daigle, Yashin, Havlat, White and York are all going to be here playing up on Parliament Hill in the First Outdoor Senators Alumni Hockey Game Friday December 15. Come out and Play, bring your skates and take a whirl, we expect 20 below 0 temperature's and that is cool, really cool, even for us Canucks eh!
